Maralda is a major tourism development located in the heart of Playa Esmeralda, Miches, Dominican Republic, spanning more than eight million square meters. Conceived under the concept “Nature Included,” the project seamlessly blends luxury, sustainability, and the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Maralda stands out for its focus on sustainability and innovation, with the goal of redefining tourism and diversifying the country’s tourism offering. Every component of the development—from world-class hotels and exclusive residences to glamping accommodations and commercial spaces—has been designed to integrate harmoniously with the environment and respect the surrounding natural landscape.

The project has obtained all required permits and licenses and is being developed in phases. Five “catalyst projects” are currently underway as part of Maralda’s sustainable development strategy: (1) Beach Club, (2) Living the NOOM, (3) Nature Residences, (4) Miches City Centre, and (5) City Hotel.
