The membership application process consists of three steps:
1. Application
Provide all the information and documents requested in the Membership Application Form.
2. Evaluation
The Membership Committee will review the application and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors will deliberate at its next meeting and make a decision.
The decision will be communicated in writing to the email address provided in the application.
3. Response
If your application is approved, the written communication will include the applicable membership fee and payment instructions.
Your Promiches membership becomes official once proof of bank transfer has been submitted.
Required Documents
- Minutes of the shareholders’ or members’ meeting approving the company’s admission to Promiches and appointing its representative before the association.
- Up-to-date Commercial Registry certificate stamped by the Chamber of Commerce and Production.
- National Taxpayer Registry (RNC).
- Tax-compliance certification issued no more than one month prior.
- National ID card or passport of the company’s legal representative. A substitute may be registered later if desired.
- National ID card or passport of the company’s representative before Promiches. A substitute may be registered later if desired.
- Certificate of No Criminal Record for the company’s legal representative.
- Certificate of No Criminal Record for the representative before Promiches.
- For HOTELIER membership applications: final no-objection approval from the Ministry of Tourism for the project. If the project is still under approval, submit copies of the filing receipts for no-objection applications before the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Environment.
- Copy of the project file submitted to the Ministry of Tourism.
- High-resolution company logo, if available.
- High-resolution tourism-project logo, if available.
- Corporate headshot of the representative before Promiches, if available.
