President and Co-Founder of TVP Management RD, with eight years of experience at Banco Popular Dominicano and BPD Bank in New York, as well as six years as Chief Financial Officer of INCA, now Metaldom.

In April 2010, he became an independent entrepreneur and brought together a group of investors to develop Edificio Corporativo 20/10 and other projects, positioning the brand as a leader in Santo Domingo’s office real estate sector and marking the beginning of TVP.

From corporate office developments, the company expanded into hospitality through the development and structuring of Homewood Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo and Hilton Garden Inn La Romana, both currently in operation; Holiday Inn Santo Domingo Airport, which is expected to begin construction soon; and Hotel Kimpton Miches Playa Esmeralda, among other developments in Miches on land acquired by Miches Land Development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University and a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from Boston University.
