Tropicalia is a sustainable luxury beachfront resort development located on Playa Esmeralda, featuring sophisticated architecture that seamlessly integrates intelligent design with the natural landscape.

The first phase of development will be Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia, designed by renowned architect Isay Weinfeld. The hotel will feature 95 keys and 25 branded residences, along with amenities including specialty restaurants, a world-class spa, meeting and event spaces, children’s and teens’ clubs, and a fitness center.

At Tropicalia, sustainability is embedded in every aspect of the project, from design and construction to operations. As part of this commitment, we also support community development and economic inclusion through Fundación Tropicalia, which has worked alongside the Miches community for more than 15 years.
